The Grand World is part of a major development in Phu Quoc, with commercial and attraction programs in the development by Vinhomes. The team was tasked by the client to provide enhancements and uplift to the already-built shophouses sprawled along the development.

Inspired by the architectural buildings in Venice, the team designed the concept enhancements to the current buildings and landscapes for the Venice Zone, allowing visitors to transport and identify familiar scenes from the city of Venice.
